Article 54-bis of Italian Legislative Decree 165 of 30 March 2001, introduced by Anti-corruption Law 190/2012 and amended by Law 179/2017, introduces “Measures to safeguard reporters of offences or anomalies they have become aware of in a working relationship in the public or private sector”, known as whistleblowing.
